Shipping Policy
We ship out our handmade craft kits each and every day, in the order received. It may take up to 14 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.
Please note that shipping time is different than processing time.
Shipping time begins once a package leaves our facility and receives it first scans. All packages will have tracking information available but we have no control over updates on scans, speed of shipments or care of our packages.
we will always do our best to support the shipping part of your experience the best we can and resolve any issues that may arise.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer credits, exchanges, cancellations or refunds on our products.
Please ensure you have entered the correct shipping/mailing address as we are not responsible for shipping errors due to incorrect information provided.
If an item arrives damaged reach out to us asap and we will do our best to make it right so you can get back to crafting!
